Therapeutic Approach
I specialise in providing individual counselling services for children, adolescents, and adults. My approach includes evidence-based practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), solution focused therapy and mindfulness. I am dedicated to supporting clients in their journey towards mental wellbeing.

My approach is compassionate, integrative, and tailored to each person’s unique experience. I believe that therapy should be a collaborative process where we work together to explore your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors in a safe and supportive environment.
